Return of goods and cancellation of the ordered Services are carried out in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation On Protection of Consumer Rights.
Refusal to accept the Services and return the paid funds is carried out in the form of an Application in free form with an indication of the reason.

A refund or a reasoned refusal is made within 10 (Ten) banking days after the confirmed receipt of the Application.
Refunds are made by the method specified by the customer (buyer) in the Application. When choosing a non-cash transfer of funds, the buyer (Customer) is obliged to provide bank account details for transferring funds.
If the order was paid for by a bank card, in case of cancellation, the funds will be returned to the card with which the purchase was made.
